Business Unit Manager
/ Project Manager

  • Responsible for organizing all work units in Sales, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Safety, Legal and activity activities in general all project activities.
  • Carry out project management tasks; Planning and finance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors or vendors.
  • Have good skills in preparing initial sketches and instructions.


Sales & Marketing Officer (SMO)

  • Able to market / sell all company products
  • Maintain and increase sales turnover, optimism in achieving the target
  • Able to meet the needs of each customer professionally and quickly
  • Able to establish good relationships with all customers
  • Able to maintain customer, solve problems / customer complaints quickly
  • Experienced in marketing / sales of BBM, LPG and lubricant products


Project Engineer Officer (PEO)

  • Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing project-based data and project-related problems (including mechanical / electrical contracting work).
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors, and control project costs very well. Responsible for estimating the strength of construction and for calculating project costs.
  • Able to use Auto Cad 2D, 3D, and Photoshop.


Estimator Officer

  • Responsible for estimating the strength of the construction and for calculating the cost of a project.
  • Calculate the calculation of the project budget and make a calculation of the progress of a job (list of jobs, volume, wage analysis).
  • Good ability to prepare early sketches and instructions.



  • Create shop drawing and material estimation,
  • Revise the actual picture planning in the field
  • Create as built drawing pipe installation as actual installation in the field,
  • Create standard image installation of pipes / other drawings required in the installation project


Finance & Accounting Officer (FAO)

  • Conduct company financial management
  • Make company financial statements


HRD & HSE Officer

  • Responsible for benefits & compensation such as: salary, overtime, health insurance, jamsotek and BPJS.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and work regulations is an obligation (Labor Law, Ministry of Manpower)
  • Plan and regulate recruitment and selection.
  • Knowing questions about psychology tests and having interview skills.
  • Responsible for coordinating the overall health, safety and workplace program.
  • To collect and regulate safety procedures and work environment in accordance with applicable safety and environmental standards.
  • Have knowledge about OHSAS and HSE procedures.
